ProgrammesIn the Horizon Europe Workprogramme 23-24 it is estimated that in up to 30% of the calls lump sum funding will be used.
Through this workshop we offer you the possibility to hear from peers (coordinators and partners in on-going lump sum projects) the challenges they encountered and the solutions they found during proposal writing, project implementation and reporting. But at the same time we invite you all to also share your experiences and/or to express the challenges you see in lump sum projects.
We will not include any detailed explanation of the rules. So as a preparation for the event, we propose to watch the ~30 min presentation made by the Commission on 20 October: Lump Sum Funding in Horizon Europe: How does it work? How to write a proposal? (from 6:12 to 35:14). Recently a guidance document (12 pages) "how to manage your lump sum grants" has been published by the Commmission.
The event was previously scheduled on 29/11 but has been cancelled and is postponed to 12/01/2023.
All details about the programme and registration is available here. For those who had registered for the 29/11 event please register again for this one.

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action (MSCA) European Innovative Training Network “PBNv2 - Next generation Pass-By Noise approaches for new powertrain vehicles” started in May 2017. Their research has the shared objective of investigating the possibilities to decrease pass-by noise of vehicles.
The project is a collaboration between 17 research institutions and companies in the European automotive R&D and provides a learning environment for 14 PhD fellows. The Belgian partner is the Noise and Vibration Research Group of KU Leuven, and this project is one of the many Horizon 2020 MSCA Innovative Training Networks that the KU Leuven research group participates in.
