EU-India Horizon Europe Brokerage Events

Programmes Health Digital, Industry & Space Climate, Energy, Mobility Agro-Food, EnvironmentThe Government of India will co-fund the successful Indian entities in 11 calls under Horizon Europe, six of which are open to proposals.
The Delegation of the European Union to India and EURAXESS India (in association with Government of India) are organising information and brokerage events from 2 to 21 February 2023.
Five virtual brokerage events are scheduled. These events will consist of:
- first-hand information on call scope, impact and modalities of cofunding by experts;
- a platform to meet potential European & Indian partners, including flash presentations to start consortium-building.
These five brokerage events are:
- Event-1: Thursday, 2 Feb: Batteries & zero emission vehicles (DST) Time: 2:00pm to 4.30 pm IST | 9:30 am to 12:00 pm (CET) – to register click here
- Event-2: Wednesday, 8 Feb: Efficient trustworthy AI (DST) Time: 2:00pm to 4.30 pm IST | 9:30 am to 12:00 pm (CET) – to register click here
- Event-3: Tuesday, 14 Feb: Health - Pandemic preparedness (DBT) Time: 2:00pm to 4.30 pm IST | 9:30 am to 12:00 pm (CET) – to register click here
- Event-4: Friday, 17 Feb: Essential Ocean Variables (EOVs) (MoES) Time: 2:00pm to 4.30 pm IST | 9:30 am to 12:00 pm (CET) – to register click here
- Event-5: Tuesday, 21 Feb: Healthy and environment friendly agri-food - new genomic techniques (DBT)- Time: 2:00pm to 4.30 pm IST | 9:30 am to 12:00 pm (CET) – to register click here
All sessions are virtual, free of charge but registration is required.
Oral Presentation: Due to time constraints, limited slots are available. If applicable, choose one of the following:

Avia-GIS - Software Technologies for a Healthier World
Avia-GIS is a Belgian innovative SME established in 2001. They have built research and public authority trust over the past 19 years and developed a unique, disruptive software suite - VECMAP® - that supports society to overcome one of its important health threats, the spreading of Pests of Public Health importance.
With the help of a Horizon 2020 SME Instrument Phase 2 project, they will be able to add Integrated Pest Management functionalities and go to the market. With the grant, that was an essential component of their second investment round, Avia-GIS aims at raising its revenue from the current 2 M€ to 14.2 M€ in 2024, and increase the headcount from 15 to 58.
