Open calls to join communities on the Mobility Data Space
The Innovation and Scaling Group and the Network of Follower Cities and Regions, both part of the Digital Europe project deployEMDS, which supports policymaking and the development of innovative services and applications in urban mobility by enabling data sharing and reuse have launched open calls to join communities.
The Network of Follower Cities will provide diverse representation, peer-learning opportunities, and collaboration with industry with benefits including shaping EU policies, accessing insights, building data governance capacity, and collaborating on real-world challenges.
The Innovation and Scaling Group aims to facilitate collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange among stakeholders. Benefits include solutions development, market visibility, policy shaping, access to industry organizations, and engagement in project activities. Activities include training, workshops, and matchmaking.

MareGraph - Towards an Interoperable Marine Knowledge Graph
The MareGraph project, ‘Towards an Interoperable Marine Knowledge Graph’, obtained funding under the Digital Europe topic ‘OPEN-AI – Public Sector Open Data for AI and Open Data Platform’. The project will increase the semantic, technical, and legal interoperability of three selected high-valued datasets (HVDs) all maintained by the Flanders Marine Institute (VLIZ), which is one of the four partners of the project. This will allow the onboarding of essential marine datasets in the Common European Data Spaces. As such MareGraph will provide a structural component in the digital transition of the marine landscape. The numerous impacts of the project will benefit our seas globally in old and new ways to come.
