The administrative and financial framework with the rules for application and project implementation of Horizon Europe calls are set-out in a Grant Agreement. The Annotated Model Grant Agreement with extensive explanation of the rules is not yet published.
In the Online Manual extensive details can be found regarding the application process as well as the Grant Management, thus in-depth explanations about reporting, amendments, deliverables, dissemination&exploitation, etc. The manual is expected to be complemented throughout the programming period.

Professor Lieven Eeckhout’s main research interests include computer architecture and the hardware/software interface with a specific emphasis on performance evaluation and modeling, and dynamic resource management.
Professor Eeckhout is the recipient of a European Research Council (ERC) Starting grant, Advanced grant and three Proof of Concept grants. Two of his former PhD students founded in 2013 CoScale, a spin-off in data center monitoring, which was acquired by New Relic.
